Advertising Policy
As policymakers overseeing Globus publication house and its affiliated journals, we recognize the importance of maintaining a harmonious relationship between editorial content and advertising to enhance the overall reader experience. Our commitment to integrity and relevance necessitates careful consideration of the alignment between advertisements and the content or audience of the journal. Journal motivate the author(s) to publicize their published paper on Google Scholar, Research Gate, ORCiD, ERIC, SSRN, Academia etc on social platforms for the welfare of the society.

  • Contextual Relevance: We acknowledge that contextual relevance contributes significantly to the effectiveness of advertisements. In instances where the content of an advertisement aligns seamlessly with the subject matter of articles published in the journal, we may consider placing such advertisements alongside related articles.

  • Scientific Conferences and Events: A prime example of this alignment strategy is evident when featuring advertisements for scientific conferences, symposiums, or academic events. Recognizing the shared interests of our readership, we may choose to position conference advertisements alongside relevant articles, thereby providing our readers with valuable information about upcoming events directly related to their field of study.

  • Enhanced Reader Engagement: By strategically placing advertisements in proximity to related content, we aim to enhance reader engagement and provide a more cohesive reading experience. This approach not only serves the informational needs of our audience but also fosters a sense of continuity within the journal.

  • Editorial Oversight: The alignment of advertisements with content is subject to editorial oversight. Our editorial team will evaluate each advertisement to ensure it adheres to the highest standards of accuracy, ethicality, and relevance to the academic community. This scrutiny will help maintain the scholarly integrity of the journal while allowing for meaningful connections between content and advertisements.

  • Flexibility and Consideration: While we strive for alignment, we recognize the diverse interests and multidisciplinary nature of our readership. As such, we maintain flexibility in our approach, taking into account the varied preferences and needs of our audience. This adaptability allows us to strike a balance that aligns with the evolving landscape of academic publishing.

  • Transparency: We are committed to transparency in our advertising practices. Readers will be informed of our approach to aligning advertisements with content, fostering an open and honest relationship with our audience. This transparency extends to advertisers, who can expect clear communication regarding the criteria for placement alongside specific articles.

Open Access Policy
Open access is an ongoing publication practice which differs in the way traditional methods of publishing papers to the public get submitted, reviewed, authenticated and finally published.  In Open Access publication model neither readers nor a reader’s institution are charged for access to articles or other resources. Users are free to read (by giving proper citation of the original publication), download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles for any non-commercial purpose without requiring a subscription to the journal in which these articles are published. The Journal is under the License of Creative Commons under the category in Attribution –  Non Commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). The information related to License will be applicable on all the articles published in Journal.

Publication Ethics
The Editors/Consulting Editors of Globus journals enforce a rigorous blind double peer-review process together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure the addition of high-quality studies to the field of scholarly publication. In cases where we become aware of ethical issues, we are committed to investigating and taking necessary action to maintain the integrity of the literature and ensure the safety of research participants. Globus Publication has been applied for COPE Membership for their journals.

Ethical Guidelines for Editors
Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board Members, and consulting Editors take responsibility for overseeing the integrity of Journal. Points should be remember by the Editors:

  1. Ethic approval and permissions for research.
  2. Plagiarism, duplicate publication, and that necessary permission from the copyright holder to include already-published figures or images.
  3. Author background and qualification.
  4. Quality of the manuscript and whether it meets the aims and scope of the Journal.
  5. The Originality of the work provided by the author(s).
  6. Any facts that might be perceived as a possible conflict of interest of the author(s) must be disclosed in the paper prior to submission.
  7. Authors must accurately present their research findings and include an objective discussion of the significance of their findings.
  8. Data and methods used in the research need to be presented in sufficient detail in the paper, so that other researchers can replicate the work.

Ethical Guidelines for Reviewers

  1. Reviewers must keep the content of the manuscript, including the abstract, confidential. They must inform the Editorial Office if they would like a student or colleague to complete the review on their behalf.
  2. Reviewers must inform to the Editors if they hold a conflict of interests that may prejudice the review report, either in a positive or negative way.
  3. Reviewers who are invited to assess a manuscript they previously reviewed for another journal should not consider this as a conflict of interest in itself.
  4. Reviewers should be careful not to reveal their identity to the authors, either in their comments or in metadata for reports submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format.

 Ethical Guidelines for Publishers

  1. Handling of Unethical Publishing Behavior: In cases of alleged or proven scientific misconduct, fraudulent publication or plagiarism, the publisher, in close collaboration with the editors, will take all appropriate measures to clarify the situation and to amend the article in question. This includes the prompt publication of an erratum, clarification or, in the most severe case, the retraction of the affected work. The publisher, together with the editors, shall take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred, and under no circumstances encourage such misconduct or knowingly allow such misconduct to take place.
  2. Access to Journal Content: The publisher is committed to the permanent availability and preservation of scholarly research and ensures accessibility by partnering with organizations and maintaining our own digital archive.

 Selection of Editors/Consulting Editors

  • Candidate should have minimum Ph.D. degree with relevant research experiences.
  • Expertise and experience in the specialist field related to the journal.
  • Publication of research articles/papers and /or books (usually in / related to the specialist field).
  • Being a reviewer for an international peer reviewed journal / conferences.
  • Enthusiasm to undertake the Editor role, but ensuring recognition of all aspects of the reality of the role and the work involved.

Role of Editors/Consulting Editors

  • An editor should endeavor to be a leader in the specific field of practice strengthen journal content as it helps the journal development, presence and standing within the international community.
  • To promote scholarship/sponsorship in the specialist field associated with the journal, whilst also promoting the journal as the best journal to publish in.
  • To encourage new and established authors to submit articles and set up a reliable panel of expert reviewers.
  • Any decision involving unethical practice, will often involve the publisher or their representative alongside the Editor-in-chief.
  • Editors evaluate submitted manuscripts exclusively on the basis of their academic merit (importance, originality, study’s validity, clarity) and its relevance to the journal’s scope, without regard to the authors’ race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, citizenship, religious belief, political philosophy or institutional affiliation. The Editor-in-Chief has full authority over the entire editorial content of the journal and the timing of publication of that content.
  • Editors and editorial staff will not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, and the publisher, as appropriate.
  • Editors and editorial board members will not use unpublished information disclosed in a submitted manuscript for their own research purposes without the authors’ explicit written consent and not used for their personal advantage.
  • The editors ensure that all submitted manuscripts being considered for publication undergo peer-review by at least two reviewers who are expert in the field. The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for deciding which of the manuscripts submitted to the journal will be published, based on the validation of the work in question, its importance to researchers and readers, the reviewers’ comments, and such legal requirements as are currently in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The Editor-in-Chief may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.
  • Depending on how the journal is managed and how it is structured, an Editor-in-chief may have to make all the decisions regarding which articles to accept or reject for publication.

Ethical Guidelines for Author(s)
Authors wishing to publish their papers must abide to the following:

  • Author(s) should accurately present their research findings and include an objective discussion of the significance of their findings.
  • Author(s) must submit the cover letter, copyright form, declaration form, plagiarism report at the time of manuscript submission.
  • Author(s) must submit their name and affiliation, contact details at the time of manuscript submission.
  • All and only those who qualify for authorship should be included as authors, and their contribution given in the manuscript.
  • Any facts that might be perceived as a possible conflict of interest of the author(s) must be disclosed in the paper prior to submission.
  • Data and methods used in the research need to be presented in sufficient detail in the paper so that other researchers can replicate the work.
  • Simultaneous submission of manuscripts to more than one journal is not permitted.
  • Original research results must be novel and not previously published, including being previously published in another language.
  • For any content previously published (including quotations, figures or tables), any necessary permission to publish must be obtained from the copyright holder.
  • Author(s) must submit their biography within 100 words along with photograph after getting the acceptance of manuscript submission.
  • Errors and inaccuracies found after publication must be promptly communicated to the Editorial Office.
  • The Author has to submit their ORCiD id at the time of Manuscript Submission.
