A transfer of copyright from the Author(s) to Publisher is required for each paper in order to protect both from the consequences of unauthorized use of its contents. As a condition to publication, it is required that the author(s) grant Globus Publication all the rights, including the subsidiary right, of their article. However, authors retain the right to use their article without charge in any publication of which they are the author(s), after it has published in the journal.

Whereas Cosmos An International Journal of Art and Higher Education (CAHE) is undertaking to publish the article below, of which the undersigned is/are the Author(s), grants and assigns exclusively to Journal for its use, all rights of whatsoever kind or nature now or hereafter protected by the copyright laws in all languages in and to the below named article, including all subsidiary rights. CAHE, in turn, grants to the Author the right of republication in any publication of which he or she is the author, subject only to his or her giving proper credit in the publication to the original publication of the article by CAHE.

The Author affirms that the article furnished has not been published previously elsewhere. Alternatively, the Author guarantees that if it has been previously published in whole or in part in a copyrighted medium, the Author will submit an assignment of copyright to CAHE and the Author will submit the copy for credit lines with the final paper.

The Author affirms that the final paper is the author’s original work. If the work was prepared jointly, the author agrees to inform co-authors of the terms of this agreement. The author also affirms that the article contains no libelous or unlawful statements, and does not infringe on the rights of others.
